I like gadgets. They’re really cool, and frequently quite useful. I am not, however, an Apple fanboy so all you Macophiles will have to forgive me for not instantly reaching orgasm at the sight of a word beginning with a lowercase “i” followed by a capital letter. News came out it received the lowest rating this year. What gives? I thought AT&T csr’s are helpful & their service is good? Tell me your thoughts.

Pentax digital SLR camera (K100D) – “Memory Card Error”?

I’ll go through all the details since I’m not sure which are the relevant ones for the prognosis.
The camera is a Pentax K100D digital SLR. It was given to me by a friend who was the first owner. I bought a new SD memory card for it and the camera displayed “Memory Card Error” the first time I put it in and every time I re-tried it after that. Website that tests performance of TVs?

Im looking to buy a 22″-26″ television largely for Gaming, but also for watching TV and I was wondering if there were other sites similar to digitalversus.com? They do a bunch of their own tests to get a more accurate description of the performance of consumer electronics. The problem I have with with digital versus is that they dont have very many reviews on TVs under 32″ so I dont have too much to compare and this is the only site i know of that does this.

MP3 player follow up?

I have a gift request for an MP3 player. I’ve looked at prices on line and they are all over the place. I don’t want to spend big bucks but I don’t want to buy junk either. Any advice would be welcomed. BTW, I’m a senior and only about 2 stages past 8 track when it comes to consumer electronics.
