What are the health risks of swallowing chunks of food?
Jun 24th
I am single, trying to eat healthy, and not such a good cook. So rather than greasing, salting and spicing the heck out of things to make them taste good, I end up eating bland, less favorable-tasting foods. As a result, I have a habit of taking few bites, and washing down with water. I also enjoy not being as hungry because the food takes longer to digest. Aside from upset stomach, which I can deal with, are there any long-term health problems that could be caused by doing this?

Can I get health insurance to pay for my Gallbladder removal or is it to late?
Jun 17th
getting health insurance after being diagnosed with gallstones UK? So have been having gallbladder attacks due to gallstones and I need my gallbladder removed. Does any one know if I can get a private health plan I can sign up for that will pay for this pre exsisting condition. I do think its a bit of a cheek on my behalf but at 31 I never thought I would need anything like that for at least another 15 years.
