How to get health insurance to pay for tummy tuck?

Look I am a middle class hard working mom and nurse. I pay my taxes and work overtime but I don’t have enough money for a tummy tuck. I have had 3 c-sections and have gained weight and my stomach hangs staring at my c-section incision line. Its pretty gross it hurts to sneeze and exercising hurts because it pulls. I have united health care. Any suggestions I have done weight loss but it never goes away .
What do you suppose is more harmful to my health, having the cigarette, or remaining chronically stressed?

What do you think would be more detrimental in the long run? A cigarette to help ease the anxiety (which it would, not just chemically, but psychologically, symbolically, and spiritually as well); and at this point, even a temporary reprieve would help restore a state of clarity and rejuvenation. Or should I continue without the necessary crutch, and stress, not only over the alarmist, hyperbolic rhetoric over what “even one cigarette can do,” but over the rest of my confounded troubles as well? Which is more detrimental to my health in the long run?
What is the percentage of americans who get proper treatment from health care?

I’m doing a report on universal health care. I need to know the percentage of those who get the treatments that they need because health insurance companies will say your disease isn’t serious enough and then some of the people die weeks or months later.

premiums? I believe we may be eligible to continue our current coverages with Kaiser when my spouse retires, but the premium will be $1200 monthly. What can we do to get affordable health care? We both have preexisting conditions, and although we are healthy, it makes health care almost out of our reach, when we both have conditions which require several visits to health care providers annually.

Since Obama changed the law that I am now allowed to stay on my parent’s insurance until the age of 26, I am back on my parent’s insurance plan for blue cross. However, I am not back on their plan entirely. There rule is, is that since I am 24, I am not covered by their dental part of their health insurance. This does not seem legal to me since I thought Obama made it so a person can now be on their parent’s health insurance until the age of 26. Does anyone have any knowledge on this?
