How do I prevent my pipes from freezing in my mobile home?

I recently moved into a mobile home and it’s getting colder outside. I’ve heard that mobile homes are famous for having issues with freezing pipes. I’ve also been told that heat tape is a good prevention tool, but which pipes need it? Do they all? Also, there’s a heat wand laying outside next to the home unplugged. Where is that supposed to go? There is a box that is next to our home and I believe the main pipe comes from there. Is there anything else I should do to avoid the pipes from freezing?

I don’t own a Humidifier but I need to know what the range of safe humidity should be in my home. It is brick and all oak flooring-no carpeting, wet plaster, basement and attic.

How do I get out of a contract for home repair?

I have a signed contract with a general contractor for home repairs. I am not confident they will get the job done in a timely and trustworthy fashion after asking two references about their performance. I need to be back in my home soon. Also, the owner mentioned that sometimes he can get around building codes. I don’t trust them. Help!
How can I crush seeds at home without electronics and without losing the pieces?

I bought some morning glory seeds at home depot and removed the chemical coating but now I need to know how to smash them. I have a couple rocks but every time smack a seed with them pieces fly off and I lose the chunks. I can’t use a blender or anything I really don’t have any electronics I can grind stuff with. Any suggestions?

Doublewide home, 50ft wide lot, gravel yard, no pizzazz. Septic system takes up the backyard, can’t plant a tree back there, no shade, hot in the desert. Bad dirt for plants, no patio.

What do I charge to clean a vacation rental home once a week using my supplies?

This is a large home (vacation rental) 7 bedrooms 2 bath, 2 kitchen , 2 fireplaces and a sun room. Using my own supplies and cleaning once a week, what would be the going rate in the PA area? I want to come in a flat rate based on the fact that it should take me 4-5 hours to clean and I have to also account for the fact that sometimes the renters will leave the place in a shambles. What would be a good flat rate?
