My idea for a teen business in Vegas , is it good ?

So when my Grandma passed back in September I made individual flowers for each person in my family to put in her casket . I decorated them with different things , each one completely unique to represent the relationship between my Grandma and the person . I was thinking about starting a little business ( I’m only 16 ) doing that for people who are local . Would this be a valid complaint for a business?

I go to my local grocery store because I don’t have a car and have no other choice. I’m currently undergoing chemo therapy. To get inside the store, I have to walk past the workers and customers and sometimes they’re smoking. I don’t want to have more health problems than I do right now. If I call up the company, and ask to make it a no smoking zone, do you think he will take my complaint seriously or just ignore me. Only serious answers please or you will be reported.
