I mean it does say something in the first amendment about Separation of Church of state. I thought you wanted to follow the constitution. I mean if funding colleges is unconstitutional then so is putting your religion in politics.

Im really interested in politics or simply want to expand my mind. So i want like a list of books/authors that aren’t bias or slander their apposing parties. Also I’m like 17 years old and plan to vote next election therefore i want solid based facts stuff that i can choose on my own, unlike some who just blindly fallow.

How do we break the stranglehold that Democrats and Republicans have on American politics?

These two parties have rigged the game in such a way for it to be nearly impossible for someone without an R or a D in front of their name to participate in politics. To get elected you have to be a Republican or a Democrat and to be a Republican or a Democrat you have to have the money to pay off the party and the corporate interests they represent. This does not seem like a good way to get a government of the people.
