Can someone help me debunk the so claimed science in the Quran?

Can someone help me debunk the so claimed science in the Quran? I was reading the Quran and watching lectures online about how the Quran speaks about embryology (in detail) and how this proves that the Quran is divine, because none at that time knew about embryology (or knew embryology at the level of the Quran which was revealed). So how do you debunk a clime such as this?
Is their a website, Books or Lectures on this topic? Or do you have the poof?

IMO ancient science that was practiced by Plato’s and Aristotle were studies done that were not intended to bring about a certain result as opposed to modern science that is based on the scientific methods which would proposed a hypothesis first and then a test to determine if they prove there theory.

This is his second book, (his first book Parapsychology and the Skeptics won widespread critical acclaim) and it looks interesting. It seems to be philosophy and neuroscience applied to the remarkable data of the Near Death Experience. So, has anyone here read it? Is it as good as his first book?
