Society has that right according to atheists and so lets use their own ideas against them. If we declare that they are not human why would it be wrong then to get rid of those genes off this planet?

The SAT, the ACT, etc. it is becoming more and more clear that they test absolutely nothing but how well you do on standardized tests. They don’t test intelligence, college performance, common sense, etc. When will society stop feeding these greedy companies money?

If our world became a dystopian society, what would have to happen for it to change?

Basically, if you lived in a dystopian society, what would have to happen for it to change and become a utopian society? Would that even be possible?
Example: Government is very controlling, none of the citizens of the society have freedom or rights, but they have safety. The citizens want a better life, what we call a utopian society (a perfect socio-politico-legal system).
What would the citizens have to do to get this?
