If you notice, society tries to do their best to get people to all act , dress, and talk the same way. Share the same trends. If you don’t do this , you are not considered normal or “cool”
If you go outside the norm, people look at you different, even if the stuff you enjoy,support, and use in life is better.

I study mysticism and want to start a secret society for fellow mystics where I get paid to teach others principles for living and attracting wealth and prosperity into their lives. Membership would be permanent so that once you join, you can never leave, unless you give 500 000 dollars to your host, and 500 000 to your appointee and if you do leave, you are sworn to an oath of secrecy so that you can’t tell anybody where you’ve been or what you’ve done.

An asthetic believes by discipline and control they can become perfect. By controlling society they hope to remove sin. But all the countries and states have failed to achieve this so why do they still try. You only end up in tyranny and sin yourself worse than before.
