does fruit when chopped in blender have same health benefits?
Recently decided to try and have healthier diet, so bought a blender and made some health drinks with banana, oranges, etc all chopped up in blender.
B y consuming fruit this way, chopped into liquid instead of eating it, does the fruit have the same health benefits?
Well in theory, as I use several fruits in one drink should be even more healthy, but expect its not that simple?

ya it is that simple. Why would they lose health benefits by blending them together? Its not like they are chemically altered by blending them. Smoothies are just as beneficial, and more delicious, than just regular fruit

ye but becareful because fruit when blended, condenses, thus you are more likely to consume more calories and put on weight
but that’s great if you want to gain weight
example: I require 2 bananas to make a smoothie whereas I would be more satisfied with just one banana by itself
