I read some where where we need to wait some time after you lift weights to play sports where you move your arms and body always… is this true and how much time do we have to wait? Thank.

I just got a job as receptionist in a medical center. I worked there for 1 3-hour shift and I’ve already come down with a bad cold! The ladies there said I’ll eventually build up immunity, but in the meantime, what can I do to improve my general health? I take vitamin pills, I have More >

I found out that the food I have been feeding my service dog has euthinized pets in it! I feed her purina dog chow and the ‘real meat’ that purina puts in their food is really euthinized pets from animal shelters. Are there some cheap dog foods that do NOT have euthinized pets in it?

My family has been renting the 2nd floor of a house for about 8 years now. When we first moved in, my landlord told us that we weren’t allowed to raise pets in the house. A family friend wants to give us two baby chihuahuas to raise. How can I convince my landlord to let More >

I would like to own a dog (a beagle if you need to know), but I need to show my responsibility to do that. I was hoping I could take care of 2-3 pets to show that I’m responsible enough to own one. I was thinking a lizard and a hamster or something like that.

I highly doubt that my pets are going to out live me because I’m only 21, but I would probably give my daughter any cat that I have when I get that old. Right now I kinda worry about what will happen to my kdis if anything were to happen to me.

I’m not that old, but right… things can happen. If I would be older, I’m sure I would ask some of my family members or friends to look after her when I’m gone. I would make it sure for someone to take her to their home and take good care of her.

With a household of 5 cats, two birds (including a 4 mth old Rainbow Lorikeet), 2 frogs and a mouse and no children, we actually did make out a Will that states what we want done in case something happens to us. Even though some of our pets are older and we will probably outlive them, the Lori has a lifespan of 20-30 years and we wanted to make sure that he would be taken care of.
It’s always good to have a plan in place. We have stickers given to us by our local fire department that state, in case of fire, there are XX number of animals that live in the house and to be on the watch for them. Firefighters will save human life first, but will always go back for family pets if it doesn’t endanger their own lives.
