I would like to start a writing business since I am busy at school and can’t have a steady job but I am a talented writer. I just don’t know what kind of services I coould offer to people. Please help.

Sell school papers. Learn how to do resumes. Do data entry at home or typing.

You could start with editing or transcription. Contact publishers with a transcript.
However, I hope your writing is much better than you’ve shown here. Sorry but if this is comparable with your skill level, you’ll never make it.

Not sure exactly what you mean to write, but here are some thoughts:
Try to start out writing for your school paper (articles, opinions or short stories). You could also try submitting to local writers’ club anthologies & teen magazines often have a reader submissions section for poems, short stories, etc. These won’t be paying jobs, but they might get you noticed. Also, if you are good at basic copywriting & layout, you can get people to pay you to prep their resumes. You’d be surprised how many people can’t manage that on their own. Also, never underestimate the power of writing a book & photcopying or printing it yourself & selling it locally & online in 3-ring binders or as an e-book. I know more than a few people who have found writing success this way. It’s easy (once you get it written) & becoming increasingly popular. You can even get an ISBN for it. If it sells well, a wholesaler might pick it up.
