Get copper wire and form it like a circle. And then use cellophane for the plastic look. Then for the wrapper, use cheap foil and design it by printing out letters and cutting them out and glue them to the foil and put the condom in the foil. Make sure it is removable from the “wrapper.” I’m not sure about how to make it look like an unraveled condom though.

why do you have to make a model? I would go to the Trojan condom website, print out copies of directions on how to put on a condom (make one copy for every student) and then just bring in an actual condom.
