I am doing a speech on sexual education in primary schools, and I am using Monroe’s Motivated Sequence. Because my audience are my class peers, I was wondering why other college students be concerned about sexual education in primary schools. I would be grateful for any ideas. Thanks.

I am a small business owner and have a health plan with a $10,000 deductable and pay $900 premium. Health care providers will not allow me to change plans (even with existing providers) due to my wife’s pre-existing conditions. What changes in the system would you take as President to provide more affortable health care?

I am applying for University of Michigan State and the application asks a question about secondary education. My question is would secondary education be considered 6-12 or 9-12? I am confused because I am also using the common application which has similar question that states from 9th grade and beyond.

Charter Communications is a legal monopoly, regulated by the Public Utilities Commission in your state and by the Federal Trade Commission.
Their prices are also regulated. They have to get state approval to even set or raise their prices
Telecom History
In 1974, the U.S. Gov sought to break up American Telephone & Telegraph (“Ma Bell”), now AT&T, and divided it into 7 regional bell companies, completed by 1982. They became legal (smaller) monopolies in specific regions in the country.

By 1996 Congress deregulated the telecommunications industries (which includes phone, cell, cable, satellite).

Since then, AT&T has managed to legally regain control over 5 of the 7 “baby bell” companies, and dominates in long distance, local telephone, and cellular.

They have had a ton of complaints from customers. Complain here: http://welcome.bbb.org/
I am surprised they are still in business after operating at huge losses for many years.
