I just got a job as receptionist in a medical center. I worked there for 1 3-hour shift and I’ve already come down with a bad cold! The ladies there said I’ll eventually build up immunity, but in the meantime, what can I do to improve my general health?
I take vitamin pills, I have a pretty good diet (should probably eat more fruit), I wash my hands regularly. Any special herbs I should be eating or anything?

I have been told that to work in a salon that you need to get a Level 3. I am doing level 2 at the moment, mainly because there is some makeup on there. I would like to get a level 3 which means I can work in a salon, however – the beauty therapy level 3 at my college is stuff like indian head massage and reflexology etc. I’d like to eventually be a makeup artist – so does anyone know that you can do an NVQ Level 3 in makeup?

So my period is due on the sixteenth. I had sex a week ago, and my breasts started feeling really tender about a day or two after. I’ve read online that pregnancy symptoms start after ovulation, not after your missed period, so is it possible that I’m pregnant? Or are these symptoms just due to my period? And please only answers from people who know what they’re talking about, I would really appreciate input!

My girlfriend and I had sex on Tuesday and we used a condom. She was a virgin and she wants to take a pregnancy test just to make sure she isn’t pregnant. She didn’t get her period this month but she said that’s not unusual because she had missed periods before so she is not sure when her period will come if it comes this month. I heard you have to wait 2 weeks after sex to take a pregnancy test is this true?
