What is the best college for graphic arts and advertising?

I’m interested in starting college, but i really don’t know what school is the best for what i’m interested in. I want to go into graphic arts and advertising, or going into a course that uses both electronic and real media. Schools that offer 1-3 years would be fine. So far ive looked into Sheridan, Humber, Ryerson, and Mohawk. I prefer if the school be close to the toronto/ hamilton area. Thank you
Skipped a lot of the basic science courses from HS, will taking Biology and Chemistry in college own me?

I remember taking taking earth science and maybe even life science in 9th grade. I’ve forgot most of the material however. Will this screw me over if I take introductory biology and chemistry courses in college? What are some of the assumed concepts integral to these courses? Or do colleges typically start with the very basics?

I went to visit a family member not to long ago and loved it out there. I’ve looked up colleges out there and there are a few that have what I’m majoring in. My only dilemma is my dad. I don’t know how to tell him. He has been through a lot with him and my mom divorcing and everything. I don’t plan on doing it right away until I get my associates degree with isnt too much longer. How should I break it to him?
Should I be afraid to challenge education in a college admissions essay?

So I am applying to colleges and I have a free choice essay. Mainly, I want to challenge the current education system and the way it seems to standardize everyone. I then want to write about how this is what led me to applying to these colleges, to avoid the “lockstep”, of other educational institutes. However, I am worried that the admissions officer might take offense.
I want to major in computers and software in college, and i want to get a head start.?

I know very little about computers or software, and i was wondering how i could possibly get a head start on programming and what not. I’ve got 2 years until college, so that should be plenty of time.

Is it really worth it to go to College anymore? It’s pretty much impossible to get a job in a corporation without a college education. However, I have friends that didn’t go to college and are making twice as much money as my friends out of college are making. Not to mention the outrageous amounts of debt you are graduating with. It will probably take my friend 20 years to pay it all off and he’s still making an average salary.

What are the different levels of college sports?

I’m obviously familiar with college varsity sports, but I keep hearing about intramural, intercollegiate, and club sports in college. I’d like to know what exactly these mean and what the differences are between them. Specifically regarding gymnastics, if possible. Thanks!
