How can I keep cockroaches from coming home with me?

I have a really good friend who has cockroaches in his apartment (mainly his kitchen). I go over there quite frequently, and I’m worried about accidently bringing them home with me (such as them going into my bag or traveling on my coat. How can I prevent this?

business is so slow and I need something original to offer people, that will get their attention and keep them coming back. (besides cheap, great drinks, we already to that.) Thanks! My mom is coming to California from Indonesia. She is planning to stay for a few months. Where would be best to get her travel health insurance. She is 76 y/o. Should she buy one from Indonesia or better to buy one once she is arriving in America? any suggestion what company is best if buy her insurance in the states?
Why do we keep coming up with unreasonable things to save the environment?

I was reading about how eating meat is bad for the environment and we should all be vegetarians. Meat uses some more energy/resources than other foods but really it’s food, it’s justifiable. There are so many other more obvious things that aren’t being mentioned. Foe example, when I moved to the city I noticed that people here don’t use clothes lines in summer because it looks bad. How do I tactfully exclude a family from coming to group events at my house?

My family and i have a group over to our house and there is one family who has started coming and there kids are monsters! they come over and trash our house. They pull all the games out of the cabinet’s and rip them apart and their 7 year old peed on our floor and my dad had to clean it up after her! They also crumbled cookies on our carpet! the kids are old enough that they should know better than that! how do we keep them from infiltrating our house?
