Doing business in Georgia incorporated in Delaware?

Hello all,
We are currently incorporated in Delaware and would like to know if we are required to file the “APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY FOR FOREIGN LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY”??? Also will we be charged any tax as this is for resale? (we do have a Georgia Resale Certificate) Products will only be invoiced and delivered to this location and installed out of Georgia state. We will not be charging any local Sales or use tax.

Place to eat in Rehoboth Beach Delaware?

Looking for good places to eat in Rehoboth, Fenwick, or OC. There will be a large group of us, like 15 to 20 people (aged between 22 and 58) and we are not trying to break the bank.
It appears a lot of “upscale” dining establishments have moved in since we left. So sad. Looking for a regular old joint to kick back eat and drink some beers. Was thinking Crab Barn, but they have gone WAYYY downhill. Any other ideas (not upscale, but not Grotto’s either). Doesn’t have to be seafood, but some seafood on the menu would be nice. More >

Are skunks legal to own as pets in Delaware? If not is it possible to obtain a permit to own one? If you are an uneducated moron (see those who have posted so far) please refrain from answering my question.
The question is are skunks legal to own as pets in DE, and if not is a permit obtainable.
the question is NOT are they stinky, do they make good pets, anything besides what i posted as the question.
