I can think of a few good ones for worse (Better war technology such as the atom bomb, made people doubt and abandon their religion, Orwellian surveillance state etc.) but I’m a little short on ideas for better :S

I was wondering when pregnancy symptoms begin to develop. My ex-girlfriend and I had sex about 3 weeks ago. She was supposed to have her period on tuesday, but it still hasnt come yet. She is freaking out about it. We didn’t use a condom but i came on her stomach not in her. She hasnt had real signs of pregnancy the only thing is that she has missed her period. Would she experience any symptoms?
Should Social Science Students be Required to Develop a Strong Background in the Natural Sciences?

I have degrees in both, and have taught at the university level in both… And I do have an opinion. But my reason for asking this question is not to look for people who agree with me. I would just like to see some intelligent discussion of the matter.

Almost every time I go to the store, I buy a bag of Lifesaver wintogreen mints. And I eat alot of them. So I was wondering, can any health conditions come from eating too many mints?

I come up with some fantastic ideas (so I’m told). Almost all are physical items, sometimes spins on things that we’re already familiar with, sometimes completely new. If I were to enhance this with a post secondary education what would you recommend? The kicker is drawing is not a talent of mine.
The end result would be to start a company with these ideas. Most likely on the manufacturing end.
