I am a witness that will give testimony against the defendant about drug use, possession and firarm possession. This is not an easy situation for anyone, but this defendant happens to be a family member. Can anyone please tell me what to expect when I testify? I like to call my family’s cat our’s, but everybody else in the family thinks he’s really my cat. I’ve noticed that most pets always stay by a certain member of the family, for example one of my schoolfriend’s family has a lot of pets, and I only have to vistit his house once to work out which pet belongs to which family member. hi im 16 and i recently moved from ohio to pennsylvania and i hate it, i have terrible anger and depression since i moved and i dont get along with my mom. a family friend who lives in ohio said they would take over as my guardian and my mom is okay with it, what do i need to do for that to happen?
If a family member is a doctor are they allowed to be your doctor?
