Hi, I am fourteen years old. I am 5’4 and 100 lbs. I know drinking lots of water and exercise will promote good health, I also heard it could reduce acne. So, I would like to know what exercises I could do for a fit body & good health. Thanks.

I want to be good with computers. Not like the tower or how a computer works but like the stuff IN the computer. For example the people you call for technical support for your computers. What they do (i dont wanna be one just wanna do that stuff) lots of points for best answer!
