Is it farfetch to ask the possibility of computers uploading to human minds?

I was reading some information on computers, biotechnology, and etc. I found out it was possible for a computer to sometimes be able to read human minds according to their neurons, brainwaves, etc. Would it be farfetch to ask that it may be possible to take information on a computer and upload it to a human mind? I wouldn’t doubt if there is hidden military technology involving this but would there be any scientific impossibility of this happening?

I’m curious, in computer standards where does the human brain stand? could we eventually become “obsolete” in the eyes of a computer over time. i’m not saying cyberdine robots taking over the world, but eventually could computers out perform our own biological supercomputers?
