Best colleges for an elementary education major?

I live in Arkansas, but am thinking of moving to Montana when I graduate high school. I’ve read that it’s best to go to a college for elementary education in the state you want to live in, because many states vary in licensure. I am not sure where I am going to live but it will either be somewhere in the south (not texas) or Montana or somewhere around Montana (like Wyoming, Utah, or the Dakotas). What are some of the best elementary education colleges to go to in or around those areas?
How could women sports become major league teams like men sports?

america has stayed with the tradition of only men being in state teams, it isn’t fair. More women would be into sports if their were women teams. How could this be changed? When will society not be sexist and what are the steps to changing it?
What cities have all three major sports teams?

So between the three major sports as in the NBA,NFL,and MLB what cities have a team that includes all three but not necessarily an NHL team. For example the city Miami has the Dolphins(NFL), Heat(NBA), Marlins(MLB) . They also have the Panthers(NHL) but that’s not necessary. So I want a list of cities with a professional football, basketball, and baseball team. Thank you very much.
What are the major differences between poker tourneys and cash games besides the obvious?

Like which one is more profitable? I’m a pretty good tournament player but never tried cash games. What strategy should I use in cash games in comparison to tournaments?
Is a major in economics (social-science based) useless?

There’s two types of majors in economics – the mathematical-based and the social science one.
Is the latter useless in terms of job opportunities? My question assumes that students who major in the social science based economics do not intend to go to grad school and plans to work right after their undergraduate studies. And i’m asking this question because from my observation, graduates who got into high-flier jobs like investment banking and finance tend to be those who did the mathematical-based economics major.

Is an Acting Major different than a Theatre Arts Major?

I want to be an actress, so I’m always looking on college board at different schools with Acting programs. But some, like the University of Miami have a lot of art majors including Drama/theatre arts and Acting, but others, like University of San Diego only have Theatre Arts. Like, are those different degrees?
My dream school is NYU of course, and they’re also listed as having only Drama/theater arts but I know Tisch has different programs for theatre, musical theatre, production etc.
