I’m a teenage girl and I (want) play many sports. I know for sure I really want to play Softball, and I’m running track. I also want to play soccer. My dad really wants me to play Basketball. I am gonna play Volleyball… and I can’t decide what to do. I know this might over work me. And obviously, they might overlap each other. Any help or suggestions?
Why are americans arrogant and self centred and only play sports that are popular to them?

It seems that americans only concentrate on their own sports that they have created with “time outs”, “power plays”, lots of protective equipments, special batters in baseball and highscoring games cos they all have A.D.D and also only play sports that no one else plays that much so they can call themselves the best in the world. Anyone agree? too scared to lose!

Ok, so my parents want me to play a fall sport as a freshman, they are trying to make me play football but im bored of it because i’ve played youth football for 4 years. They are threatening to put me in cross country if i don’t do football, What other highschool sports can i do besides football?
Do you think college football players should get paid a stipend to play college sports?

I think they should get a reasonable stipend maybe $3,000 – $4,000 a semester. I don’t think it is discrimination to pay male football players a bigger salary than male athletes who play other sports like wrestling, track, or volleyball or female athletes because they bring in more revenue than those other sports. I think the only requirement is that the stipend should be the same at every school and supervised by the NCAA.
What are some old fashioned games kids and grandparents could play at the kitchen table?

I’m looking for something a grandparent might teach the kids to play instead of something expensive and electronic. Card games are okay but I’d be more interested in pencil and paper games, guessing games, alternative things to do with marbles or jacks or games involving household implements like clothes pins or kitchenware. This would be the sort of game that would start with Grandparent saying, What do you mean you’re bored? I’ll show you a game we used to play back in my day. We were never bored.
