Will i start showing sooner with my second pregnancy?

I miscarried 2 weeks ago (first pregnancy), we were 15 weeks pregnant and I was just starting to get a small bump. Whenever we do get pregnant again, will I show sooner since it will be my second pregnancy?
Has anyone had a whole bunch of pregnancy symptoms, but turned out not to be pregnant?

I have had a whole lot of pregnancy symptoms (smelling things I don’t normally smell, sore breasts, nausea, headaches, gas, food cravings, extremely light period, vaginal discharge), but my pregnancy tests keep coming back negative. I went to the doctor and it was negative there too. I would be 6 wks along now if I am pregnant. Was wondering if anyone ever had all these symptoms, but wasn’t pregnant?
What are the signs of a ectopic pregnancy miscarraige?

Ectopic pregnancies rarely resolve on their own, and usually need medication and or surgery. But if the ectopic pregnancy resolves on its own, what are the signs of this?

What did you notice before you found out you were pregnant? Were you tired? Did you have stomach cramps or aches? These are the symptoms I’m experiencing at the moment and I’m 6dpo…Just wondering what people noticed before they were able to take a home pregnancy test. Thanks!

I’m 6 weeks pregnant and have had bleeding twice in the last week. Was in the emergency room for 8hours only to have them say I need to wait and see if my body is aborting the fetus. They also said they won’t do anything to sustain the pregnancy. Their only concern will be for my safety.
I’ve gone through two years of infertility treatment and spent over $10,000 trying to get to motherhood. Nothing. And now I’ve conceived naturally. I want to do all I can to support this pregnancy.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have read on many websites that pregnancy, though unlikely, is still possible if semen dripped from the anus to the vaginal area, but I cannot seem to find any actual percentages of how often pregnancy occurs among women who have anal sex as a form of birth control. Please list your sources so that I can read up on this. Thanks!
