Examples of secular societies would include countries in Europe (especially Northern Europe) and the U.S., to an extent.
Examples of theocratic societies would be Middle East countries.

Would learning Social Science be good for my mind?

I’m going to a college community in northern virginia this fall and there is this class called “Social Science – Intro. to Global Affairs”. I checked the ratings of the professor and they all said quite astounding things about him. Very good professor. I have no idea what Social Science is…but would it be good for me to learn? And good for me to have on my resume to transfer out?
How would you go about creating a real Hunger Games competition?

I’m trying to put together a mock Hunger Games with me and my friends. It would be in a semi-wooded regional park with about 15 contestants, from dawn until one person is left. I’d use felt tip markers as knives, water balloons with paint for explosives, nerf guns, foam boomerangs, frisbees, etc. I’m still trying to think of ideas, so if anyone who’s read the books or knows the general idea behind them has any suggestions, please help me out! Thanks!
