What are the best travel sites and why?
From short vacations to big vacations. My fiance and I love to travel and next year we’re going on a honeymoon to I believe the Dominican Republic. Do you have any travel suggestions? (flights, hotels, condos, beaches, airlines, etc) Good and bad experiences??
Even for our Weekend trips: Is there a place you believe is a MUST to visit?
Thanks in advance!

As for booking sites, Travelocity usually offers the cheapest air tickets and pretty good packages flight +hotels.
Expedia may offer a larger range of hotels, but may be a bit more expensive as for flights.
You find them here: http://www.willgoto.com/1/023798/liens.aspx
With regards to travel destinations, the world has a lot to offer. So it is just up to your own preferences and buget. An adventure trip in the Himalays (Nepal) is not the same as beach holidays in the Dominican republic or a cultural trip to Venice.
As for weekend trips, they depend on where you are based. Weekend breaks from Vancouver are not the same as those from London.
Anyway, if you travel a lot or want to do so, why take packages? You may book online flights, hotels, car hire and any other local services by yourself. It is quite easy now. So you may travel à la carte with a great freedom, visiting what you will at your own rythm, without being restricted by a fixed package
Local tour operators are also available if needed

My best source for information is tripadvisor.com. You can read personnel experiences from anywhere.
